Adriano Testanera:

we recognized it and we retired any proposal in this sense, the previous administration I think was perfectly aware of the implications of this measures but was also heavily penalized in Istalia for this resourcefulness which the current administration doesn't share.
I can say to you that probably will be created also a parliamentary committe on the issue.

About Badara, for the moment we are waiting for the intervention of the representative of the "Coalition" into the negotiatios.
The Coalition requested Beiteynu as its representative.
About the need of compromises, this is something which we consider as foundamental and we already warned both the parties.
For the moment, Istalia declared its neutrality in the conflict and we doesn't express our consideration on the responsabilities for the war. Badaran Government presented its position, now as said we are waiting for the other part to express its position.

Fatima el-Nouri, Prime Minister of Istalia:

Honoured representatives of the General Assembly,

As said by my colleague mr.Testanera, The new government of Istalia is not eager to engage in millitary actions against Vorona for their legalisation of slavery. We believe the power of negotation is stronger than brutal military force, and as a honest and integer nation it is important to act responsible instead of impulsive and unprofessional. However, the government of Vorona did do acts of war as a result of the old government's embargo threat. The Voronian government detained Istalians in slavery camps to use them as leverage in negotiations with Istalia. This we could not accept because it is a clear act of violence against the people of Istalia. I appeal to the World Congress to take responsible measures against the Voronian govenment to prevent them from ever detaining innocent citizens of a nation for political gain. With a new government installed in Vorona, we will await their position on slavery but must add that if this government decides to imprison Istalians as well, we need to protect our citizens and will see such imprisonments as an act of war.

As far as Badara is concerned, the peace talks will be moderated by a neutral party, lead by myself. We are waiting for the response from Beiteynu and are confident both parties will engage in the negotations in a professional and mature way; and that they'll find a solution for the civil war that has already destroyed too many lives and disrupted the economy of Badara.

Abdul Amari released the following statement to the Assembly:
I am sending this to inform you that the Patriotic Guards ( a Paramilitary Organisation controlled by the United Party of Progress; a part of the Coalition Government of the Federal Union of Gaduridos) have decided to intervene in the conflict in Badara on the side of the Coalition. This will be regarded as a direct invasion by the Government of Gaduridos unless actions are taken by their government to halt this incredibly aggressive action.

Sanera Lavazzi, i Verdi! Representative to the General Assembly:

To make things clear: The terrorist group ''Coalition'' in Badara has ended the peace in the Badaran Civil war by shooting the Badaran Foreign Minister, Bombing the Istalian embassy in Badara and attacking humanitarian aid workers and Istalian soldiers in Badara. The Coalition is officially a terrorist group and Istalian forces are doing everything they can to protect the people of Badara, the remaining aid workers and other aid personell. All contact between the Istalian government and the Coalition is ceased, more troops will be sent.

Abdul Amari sends the following statement to the Assembly,

Now is a time for drastic action. An increase in Coalition support has occurred overnight due to the attacks, fuelled mainly by Anti Istalian and Anti Communist sentiments. We need support and fast. Military aid is ideal. I will be talking to my fellow Republics of the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation in order to increase military support to crush the Coalition once and for all.

The government of Beiteynu is determind to ensure that the nation of Badara does not fall to into the hands of irrepsonsible communists. Communism is not an opinion or a policy but a crime. We will continue to support the brave fighters against a communist regime in Badara and if necessary not only by logistical and financial means but also by giving refuge and training.

Cynthia Amphion, Selucian Ambassador, speaks while wearing a black lace tied to her jacket

How can a nation talk with flippancy about intervening in another sovereign nation, specially after what has happened moments ago? Communism is not an opinion but an ideology, as valid as socialism or liberalism.
To hear from a diplomat that they will keep supporting a fight while our main function is to avoid or stop conflicts all around Terra is a disgrace.

Abdul Amari released the following statement to the Assembly,

And finally the terrorist sympathisers crawl out of the woodwork. I was wondering where the Coalition were getting all their vast array of arms and armour from.
