Propose and review new legislative variables for the game.

Privatizing

I think on subjects like Education, Healthcare, TOC's, Energy etc
There should also be an option for partial privatization.
This will be a nice addition to the game to make it more realistic.

I haven't checked but I'm fairly certain all of those areas already have a variable which can be characterised as 'partial privatization'.

Non of those options said something about partially privatizing.
It talks about both offering public and private services seperate. But it's not possible to say for example that a hospital/school is runned by both private and public sector.

I'm not sure I understand how that would work? Would you mind expanding some more or providing some examples? Thanks :)

I'm from Belgium for example. There is still one company that is partly private and partly in hands of the government. The shares are divided. I think 51% for the government and 49% in private hands. This could lower costs for the government because they share it with private companies and still ensure a good service to the people as it is not fully in private hands. In this way the government can regulate the market in a way they are very involved.

Maybe should be reviewed all the law. Infact, how to distinguish between substantial privatization and "corporatization" or formal privatization (the company become a private juridic subject but its shares, totally or partially, but always the majority, it is detained by the State)?
It could be interesting think on the several form of State partecipation in the economy qnd companies.

I agree with Axxell. Is there any possibility to have those changes?
