H.R.H Prince Sayyid Hassuf ibn Ameen al-Majali, Special Representative and Loyal Servant of H.M. King Ameen III of Kafuristan

Honorable representatives to this conference,

Given our blood ties to our Majatran brethren in Badara and our national interests in the Majatran region as a whole, the Government of Kafuristan asks that it is given observer status for this conference to ensure the interests of Kafuristan in this matter are fully respected and taken into consideration.
- It is the rule in war, if ten times the enemy's strength, surround them; if five times, attack them; if double, be able to divide them; if equal, engage them; if fewer, be able to evade them; if weaker, be able to avoid them.

The government of Beiteynu is committed to peace and harmoney. Therefore we suggest an agreement which facilitates understanding and peace. Therefore we suggest as a first step to find a peaceful negotiationed settlement of the Badaran conflict since this is the biggest obstacle in our view. However, also the URSR has to accept the rule of law and the borders of nations. Therefore they should support no militia whatsoever and respect the resbective laws.
