If it's happening in one place it happens everywhere. The "tick" is not occurring. This has happened in the past. Wouter will have to fix it.

Thanks for letting us know. Though we can't say for certain but we believe this is related to the issue mentioned here. Hopefully, this should be resolved soon.

Whilst this is not my place, I do not know how the system of the game works when endorsing, I tought that seats count but actually no. OR maybe? I would like to have an answer or at least someone tell me where to find someone that knows, thank you!
