It does seem messy indeed. I’m not sure about just leaving a title and link since some players might just want that info available in game. I will see if I can shorten it without sacrificing the meaning of the description.

Moderation/GRC Queries

Postby cm9777 » Sat Jun 09, 2018 8:24 am

This thread is governed by the following (below).

The following is a thread where users can post a query if they would like clarification or think an error was made whether it be from Moderation or a member of the GRC. This generally relates to all of the different requests present in the Game Moderation forum. If you do not feel comfortable asking publicly, you may also pm a moderator/GRC Member (Depending on what request it is) with your query, however, future queries should be directed here. This is to ensure that these request threads are not derailed which could result in the missing of other users requests.

Note that generally if you are messaged privately by a moderator/GRC Member you should reply to the said private message rather than express your query publicly since such matters are often sensitive issues. If you disagree with what you have been told/what has been done, the appropriate procedure is to ask for further clarification or point out where you think there was an error in judgement. At No point should this thread nor any other public thread, discord server etc. be used as a platform to grandstand or launch personal attacks against Moderation, the GRC or your fellow players. Constructive Criticism is always welcome and indeed essential but this should never resort to a personal level.

Hi,

Is there any established way to completely oppose the World Council? If not is there any precedent? By completely oppose, I mean that a Nation does not send any representatives, refuses to make any payments, and does not acknowledge any kind of World Council decisions.

Occam

Yes, It is completely possible to do so through such an action would result in diplomatic isolation most likely.

Hello:

Something funny happened in Kalistan today:

A Cabinet Bill

http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=571900

proposed by the SP went down in defeat in June 4406, despite the voting deadline being set for February 4407. This Bill was meant to provide a unity government, and might have passed.

Could a moderator please restart this bill, so that the other Party may vote one way or another on it?

Thank you much,
Doc

That is indeed a strange bug. I will contact Wouter about it. Unfortunately it’s not possible to re propose a bill but you can always do another proposal with the same features.

I don't think it's a bug. Kalistan had elections in June 4406 (when the bill failed). My guess would be that while other bills are thrown back to debate after elections, cabinet bills are thrown out. Which kind of makes sense in my opinion. If the bill was introduced after the elections but in the same month, maybe the lag with which election results come in messed things up.

Possible. I'll have to double check that with Wouter because generally bills are sent back to debate for an election as you said.

Thank you for looking into this. I reproposed the same cabinet. I suspected it might have to do with the lag after the election. Peace.
