(can't have these two parties continuing to be inactive, then log on then log off, don't respond to messages when i'm planning War RP's which need players consent. I can't get that consent when they're inactive and not voting on bills).

They both appear to be quite active, really. Last logged in yesterday or the day before, didn't miss any bills other than cabinet proposals or early elections, and two bills that are still in voting stage. Not really close to qualify for party sitting.
