Resolution 65
The Security Council
REAFFIRMING:that the use of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, as well as their means of delivery, constitutes a threat to international peace and security.
EXPRESSING GREAT CONCERN: at the decision of the Vanukean Government to utilise a nuclear weapon against combatant troops
ANGERED: at the nation's lack of understand and consideration for the nuclear fallout which currently hinders any form of development in Jelbania
REGISTERING: profound anger at the Kingdom of Vanuku's pledge as a great power to be responsible in the execution of its tasks and responsibilities
DEPLORING: the Vanukean Government's threats of a secondary strike against forces of the Northern Council Treaty Organisation
OUTRAGED: by the double standard approach to the situation by other powers.
CONCERNED: by the lose of life at the hands of the initial nuclear explosion and the discharge of large amounts of nuclear material into the atmosphere amidst the developing fallout.
Does hereby implement the following measures to ensure the Kingdom of Vanuku is rightfully punished for its reckless actions and aggressive rhetoric.
The Security Council does hereby issue the following mandate:-
- The suspension of the Kingdom of Vanuku from voting in the World Congress Security Council and the World Congress General Assembly until the nation has been trialled before an international court
- The suspension of the Kingdom of Vanuku's veto rights in the World Congress Security Council until the nation has been trialled before an international court
- That all members of the World Congress exercise vigilance and prevent the procurement of missiles or missile related-items, materials, goods and technology from the Kingdom of Vanuku.
