While I agree with this in its entirety, it should be noted that the Dundorfian history makes note of the "Badaran Protectorate" and I believe several times throughout Badaran history, Dundorfians have played a minor cultural role. I don't know if it necessarily suffices but I'd like to point out that there is some historical background for it.
