Tadeáš Prusík, Permanent Deltarian representative to the World Congress

Deltaria has responded to every question put forward by both Vanuku and Lourenne and we will do so again. The deltarian fleets in the area will check any and all Keymonese and Telamonese ships on illegal deltarian goods any time they are encountered. They will however, if no such goods have been found, let the ship on their way. If deltarian goods have been found on any ship however they will be confiscated and the ships turned back to their respective country.

Now Deltaria has once again answered a question, and once again asks the government of Vanuku and Lourenne to do the same. Answer the questions.
Why do both governments hold double standards in regards to human rights? And why are they protecting two governments who have repeatedly violated the human rights of their citizens. We look forward to finally hearing the answer from both Lourenne and Vanuku

Merlkai Hzar, Vanuku's Permanent Representative to World Congress:

So, your policy is to stop every Telamonese and Keymonite merchant ship you encounter as it enters international waters to check its cargo and if they refuse your demand, what next, you threaten and then use force? On whose authority do you carry out these checks? You do not have jurisdiction granted to you by the international community, or are you ignoring the law of the seas to unilaterally extend the rules that apply in your territorial waters to the high seas?

So let me be very clear, Vanuku will stand with Lourenne and protect the merchant ships of Telamon and Keymon from this intrusive unjustified action.

If Deltaria has evidence to back up action against either of these nations then it must present it to the World Congress first, then any necessary action will be decided upon. Not the other way around."

Its clear Vanuku does not wish to take its responsibility for supporting a rogue state and instead decided to happily try and teach others how to conduct foreign policy.

From what my government remembers Vanuku didnt adress to the World Congress that they would drop a nuclear bomb on Jelbania to purposefully kill Deltarians in an attempt to win a conventional war? No. Vanuku didnt. It has no right to supposedly teach others how to behave on the international stage.

If Vanuku wants to keep any of its credibility, if at all possible, it needs to start answering the questions asked to them by my government, just as we have responded to yours

Merlkai Hzar, Vanuku's Permanent Representative to World Congress:

With all due respect, the Deltarian ambassador hasn't answered the questions or definitely clarified the Deltarian fleet's intentions (we have had three different responses to the actions it will carry out so far). In addition, no evidence has been presented regarding the rogue state claims and no suggestion has been offered on which international authority Deltaria is acting on in boarding merchant ships.

Instead he wishes to rake over ancient history as if the actions of our ancestors should somehow justify Deltaria's contemporary foreign policy and disregard for international protocol.

Once he has arrived back in the present day and has clarified his position, we will respond in kind.

Matthias Heller, Permanent Representative to the World Congress:

Members of the General Assembly,

I am here today along with our comrades in Deltaria to issue a critique of the double standards of both Vanuku and Lourenne. They both speak of preserving freedom across the world but ardently support the brutal regime of Keymon and have recently voiced their support for Telamon, a nation that has seen right-wingers rise to power and will likely share the same fate as them. On the topic of the small island nation, while their geographical area is small, their atrocities speak volumes. The blood of innocent people spilt by their oppressive military junta could fill the entire Mad Dog Ocean!

The nation of Dundorf is tired of this endless hypocrisy perpetrated by Lourenne and Vanuku. The excuses spoken by the Keymonite Ambassador are merely hollow words. Sure, there is an opposition party in the nation. But the Honor and Stability "party" is merely an extension of the military junta that was created by President Ciriaccu. Their cabinet ministers are merely stand-ins for those who harness the true power of the nation—The armed forces! It is high time these two nations come to their senses and realize what is clearly in front of their faces. Keymon has violated human rights the moment it waived away its freedoms to the military junta. It's been some time since the civil war, so why should the military junta still exist? Well, that question I can answer easily: It is purely for the purposes of continuing oppression.

But alas, no matter what words I will say before this chamber, these two will continue to prop up these horrendous regimes purely for the purposes of advancing their own interests. And to them I say:

SHAME ON YOU! SHAME... ON... YOU!

Gaitane Eture, Keymon Ambassador to the World Congress

Dundorf’s hypocrisy is almost as worse as Deltaria’s. Keymon would like to be informed of these “atrocities”? If you are referring our policies on homosexuals, it is part of the Hosian belief that homosexuals go directly to hell. To save their souls, we must implement a ban on homosexual activity. Keymon is the protector of the Hosian faith and will follow its doctrines accordingly. If you have an issue with that, then you advocate for homosexuals going to hell and suffering. We are doing the merciful and correct thing by assisting and saving their souls from eternal damnation.

Dundorf complains about “oppression”, yet they’ve banned capitalist parties from running in elections. However, Keymon bans no parties based on their political affiliation. In fact, we recently had an election with an opposition party. That party gained 11,780 votes. Whilst that was only 0.11% of the votes cast, it proves that opposition leaders exist and are campaigning against the Honor and Loyalty Party.

The reason we’ve had to waive certain rights is due to the fact that terrorists, which were most likely secretly backed by Deltaria and Dundorf, attacked Keymon and used those rights to do so. They used their speech to tell others to bomb government buildings, and people did so. They used their freedom of movement to move vast distances to plant explosives and detonate them. They used their right to a jury to advocate for their terrorist like ways to the jurors.

The reason the military junta exists to this day is because of Dundorf and Deltaria’s attacks against Keymon. You make the claim that the Junta has outlived its necessity, but I argue that Deltaria and Dundorf are the reason the Junta is still needed. You attack us and our people, yet demand we remove the governmental system that saved our economy, saved our nation from terrorists, and is fighting communist thugs like Dundorf and Deltaria.

Malivian National Orchestra performs new Malivian national anthem for the General Assembly

Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people,
dispenser of Malivia's destiny.
Thy name rouses the hearts of Bhulkandra, Dendhadrash and Idhaghra,
of the Washebar and Walkaunar
and Hitam.
It echoes in the winds of the Malivy Islands,
mingles in the music of Auroria and Constantium
and is chanted by
the waves of the Malivian Sea.
They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise.
The saving of all people waits in thy hand,
thou dispenser of Malivia's destiny.
Victory, victory, victory to thee.

Day and night thy voice goes out
from province to province,
Calling the Gerajans, Daenists, Akalis and Wains round thy throne and the Hosians, Ahmadis and Rasezanians.
The northern mainland and the southern Islands join hands in their prayer to thee,
and the garland of love is woven.
Thou bringest the hearts of all people into the harmony of one life,
thou dispenser of Malivia's destiny.
Victory, victory, victory to thee.

During a lunch break this afternoon, the Malivian National Orchestra performed the new Malivian national anthem for the World Congress General Assembly. World Congress officials were seen walking around looking embarrassed and apologetic afterwards, as they were not aware that the lyrics of the anthem included controversial references to Malivia's territorial claim to sovereignty over Selucia (aka "the Malivy Islands").
