Announcement: Particracy Oil and Gas Information

Postby Auditorii » Sat Oct 19, 2019 8:03 pm

Note: This information is provided as an OPTIONAL resource for players to use in RP. Conformance to these is not binding and is not a game rule.

Greetings,

For quite sometime the RP Committee and the Global Roleplay Committee have discussed and had a de facto oil/gas map and tier system that solidifies the countries that can produce oil and gas.

In regards to Third World oil/gas:
Please note that any third world/post-colonial nations require Moderation permission to sell controlling or majority portions of their oil or natural gas production, exploration, oil fields, etc. This is done to keep some sort of stability in terms of influence and prominence. Please note that third world/post-colonial nations are subject to much more radical drops and jumps given events, etc. Also note that while players might control third world/post-colonial nations, actions are subject to review by Moderation.

It is in Likatonias cultural protocols that drilling is a big part of out culture, so shouldn't we have oil?
Interested in not responding to ridiculous accusations, namely from Jakania, and Lourania, and now Valruzia

Generally we allow players to claim what resources that they have short of oil and gas. Obviously, not everyone is mineral rich, oil rich, gas rich so please keep that in mind.
