The Security Council,

Recognising the continued problems of famine and hunger,

Acknowledging the need for international cooperation on the matter,

Sanctions the foundation of an organisation, to be directed by the World Congress, to improve nutrition, end food insecurity, and ensure sustainable agricultural practices across the world.
