Cultural Protocols of Jelbania - no changes except for one spelling correction.

Given that Moderation, in good faith, has attempted to rectify issues with the Cultural Protocol Index as well as establish a baseline for Culturally Protected nations. We're happy with this Cultural Protocol and we waive the 48 hour window, and we provide approval for this Cultural Protocol.

Cultural protocol update for Jakania. A couple of minor changes to the ethnic and religious makeup. Based around increased prevalence of Ahmadism in politics, slight increase in adherence to the faith and the addition of two small minority populations Siphinan (Albanian) and Delic (Slavic) based on assumed migration from Kalopia and Deltaria respectively. Full details of the changes are listed in the debate section of the bill.

I think that I mentioned this before. You have to take the content of the bill description and place it into a bill and pass it, you cannot simply link off to the Cultural Protocol that is already passed.
