Here is a draft of the new Kalistani CP.

It is straight forward, and gets rid of the cultural quantum entirely. I'd like to thank James for his willingness to help me by providing most of the language that appears in the ethnicity section.

Please, in your "Bills Under Debate" section place a copy of this passed bill, entitle it as "OOC: Cultural Protocol of SHORT NAME" include a link to the passed bill (the one you linked in this thread) and include a link to this post which signifies Moderation Approval.
