This would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country. As per the Game Rules, there will now be 48 hours for players to offer comment on the proposal before it can be approved.
moderates wrote:I justified the Dundorf/Artanian increase because Aloria is bordered by Dorvik and Dundorf, so people would have emigrated from there (the last CP was about 400 years ago), also because Dorvik/Dundorf both had right-wing/far-left governments, so people might have left for that reason.
I also increased the Church because Dundorf/Dorvik people emigrated, so they would make it rise if they were that religion.

jamescfm wrote:I'm not sure what is to be implied by the phrase "cultures that are exceedingly unique". Talmoria is based principally on Nigeria, which is the seventh most populous country in the world. Unless you mean in the context of the game- in which case I will admit that African countries are consistently underrepresented.
The bill already contains links to Behind the Name and Fantasy Name Generator, which between them have generators for Akan, Igbo, Swahili and Yoruba names, and Google Translate supports the Igbo and Yoruba languages. I didn't think it would be necessary to link to the specific generators individually. If you want me to find and provide additional resources then just let me know what specifically you think is necessary and I'll endeavour to do so.
