The best thing to do is to talk to the other players. For example, the bill you have linked is not the same as Luthori's current cultural protocol. Have you asked players if they would approve the current cultural protocol? If they would not, have you asked them what their problems are with the cultural protocol? If this proves difficult then don't worry too much about it. In the worst case scenario where you don't secure approval for a bill by the deadline, Moderation will not remove the current cultural protocol without good reason.

Given our attempts to rectify the issues with cultural protocols and recognising that there are no changes in this case, we're happy to waive the usual 48 hour period before approval can be granted. Approved.

Please ensure you post a clearly titled bill in the debate section with the new cultural protocol and that it links to the original bill as it was passed as well as this Moderation approval.

New one, larger focus on Jelbic cultures as a whole, rise in Tanhrism, RP can be provided on request but IMO it should be good like this.

This would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country. As per the Game Rules, there will now be a 48 hour period for players to offer comment on the proposal before it can be approved.

Bills must have been passed before they can receive approval. Moderation won't consider this until the voting deadline has passed.

Here is Hutori's cultural protocols. We are waiting 48 hours before pushing it for a vote amongst the community, though this was essentially same the protocols passed by two of the original parties. If there are any issues let me know.
