Here is Hutori's cultural protocols. We are waiting 48 hours before pushing it for a vote amongst the community, though this was essentially same the protocols passed by two of the original parties. If there are any issues let me know.

This would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country. As per the Game Rules, there will now be a 48 hour period for players to offer comment on the proposal before it can be approved.

A few queries on these changes. The proposed cultural protocol would reduce the "Mordusian" (English) population by a massive 18 pp, with corresponding increases to the other ethnic groups. Likewise the "Hosian" (Christian) population would be reduced by 10 pp with the "Aurorian Patriarchal" (Roman Catholic) population in particular falling by 14 pp. Dramatic demographic changes such as these would require some significant role-play justification in order for it to be approved in ordinary circumstances. Do you have anything that you think we should consider when making a judgement about these changes?

New one, larger focus on Jelbic cultures as a whole, rise in Tanhrism, RP can be provided on request but IMO it should be good like this.
