This would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country. As per the Game Rules, there will now be a 48 hour period for players to offer comment on the proposal before it can be approved.

Apologies for the delay responding to this proposed update. I think there are a couple of confusing parts to the bill as it was passed here. In particular I am thinking about the religion section, which has two similar but seemingly different lines and the words "not permanent" in bold text. I think it might be better to ask that you consider passing a clearer version of this document to make it easier for new players to access. Moderation will be happy to help you out with this if you like.

Looks correct to me, here's the "passed" version of the bill for reference. Nothing about the changes to the demographics in this proposed update strike me as immediately concerning, however the main issue is the unclear nature of the document. The best cultural protocols communicate the most important information to players in a succinct and clear way. Remember that they are primarily used by new players, so this should be the "target audience" when considering changes.
