Starting at 6 am today, the Rildanorians lined up to vote for their preferred candidates in this year's General Election.
Many reelected candidates such as Pavlo Tymoshenko Nicollier (a favorite in this election), Lucien Morel, Roxane Mallet Glass, Finn Montpellier, Roger Cellie, and Godefroy Barreau. While other voters had a very specific goal, which was to oust Jean-Noël Bellegarde and the cabinet members who supported the Head of Government, a goal that was very easily achieved because Bellegarde and the ministers who supported him were ousted.
The Social Democratic faction of the Parti Populaire had an excellent victory, the last Social Democratic supporters who managed to be Presidents of the Government were Dider Trudeau and Volodymyr Tymoshenko.
The Rildanorians had a specific goal, through the slogan "Vote them Out!", The Rildanorians wanted to take Jean-Noël Bellegarde and his very few supporters out of power, something that came up with people like Pavlo Tymoshenko Nicollier and Craig Delsarte, who believed that Bellegarde and her government turned out to be a disaster from the start.
Tymoshenko Nicollier who is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, although he remained in the cabinet, disassociated himself from Bellegarde and his ideas along with 4 other ministers who also disassociated themselves, Tymoshenko Nicollier has been part of the Social Democratic faction of Parti Populaire since his time as in the Charpentier City Government, he became, along with Delsarte, Morel, Glass and Montpellier, a favorite for this General Election due to the fact that they believed that the Rildanorians needed a better national government.
In Meroix and Saint-Antoine, Craig Delsarte beat Jean-Noël Bellegarde, Delsarte became a very popular candidate in the middle of 4792 when he launched his campaign, and since then he had 3 times the popularity of Jean-Noël Bellegarde, managing to unseat the Head of Government, leading to a long-awaited change for 2 years.
Justin Macron, chairman of the Parti Populaire, unseated one of the cabinet's most controversial members, Jean Bittencourt, who replaced Godefroy Barreau after his resignation last year, Bittencourt's appointment was highly controversial in the legislature and in the government, So much so that it caught the attention of King Jean-Noël IV.
