I was involved in writing this cultural protocol proposal during my time in Aloria a short while ago. For this reason I am going to leave it to my co-Moderators to make a decision about approval.

Differences from current version:

* 14% switch from Hosianism to Paganism to account for all the pro-Pagan RP that's been taking place since 4792. I can provide links to justify this if necessary

* 10% "Constitutionalists" to account for the ongoing schism within the APC

* slight increase in Irreligious

* minor changes under Ethnicity, most significantly the introduction of Raktavani (Indians) to account for neighboring Malivia

Cultural protocol update for Hobrazia. Two notable changes to the demographics of the country.

Hobaism (an invented religion that is a form of paganism) has replaced the previous distinction between "Hobaism" and "Orthodox Hobaism". No explanation of the difference is easily available, so I think it is fair and reasonable to merge them together. The proportion of the population adhering to the religion has been reduced reasonably substantially. I made this decision because of the unclear nature of the religion. In the coming weeks I am hoping to produce some kind of resource that would make it easy to explain to new players but at the moment that doesn't exist.

For this reason I think it is sensible to increase the proportion of the population adhering to the Hobrazian Orthodox Church, so that new players could reasonably focus their role-play on this faith without having to read the poorly-written wiki page for Hobaism. In reality I would have liked to reduce the proportion further but clearly there's a balance between accessibility and respecting historic role-play.

The other major change is the redefining of the term "Deltarian" which was previously "North Caucasian". As far as I am aware this is not an actual ethnic group but a language family and it does not really appear clear who it is supposed to refer to. For this reason I choose to redefine them as Circassian, an ethnic group not currently represented in the game as far as I know (though crucially with a name generator available) and which falls within the previous "North Caucasian" label.

This is approved by Moderation and has been added to the register.

Basically the changes are that our Endralonian minority has increased and that Hosianism is no longer the majority of the population. It is now tied with secularism.
