Shouldnt a countries income tax be able to be adjusted as a bill in the economics section.
Aka No income tax (0%)
Low flat income tax (<15%)
Low to high progressive income tax (5% lowest -50%
highest)
Medium flat income tax (25%)
Medium to high progressive income tax (20%-50%)
High flat income tax (60%)

You can edit your nations' income tax via in-game mechanics. You click "Cabinet" on your main nation page, at the bottom of the page you'll see "Ministers can perform their executive actions on this page.", click "on this page." Underneath "Ministry of Finance" you can click the option "Propose taxation bill" which will bring up a page that allows you to edit your income taxes. Please note that if you put an amount in a bracket and it reads 0 underneath "Estimated Revenue" that means that no one in your country makes that much money.
