This afternoon, the Royal Ministry of International Affairs (RMoIA) held a press conference at the
Royal Government Complex after several news outlets were curious at what the United Kingdom's
stance was on the recent conflict between Deltaria, Vascania, and Rapa Pile. The press was eager
to question the new Royal Minister for the RMoIA, Crystal Xiatpopote. The Xiapopote was
previously a human rights lawyer and Orinco rights activist prior to her appointment by High
Chancellor Valence after her re-election. Xiapopote answered several question pertaining to the
conflict in Dovani and what the United Kingdom, as well as the Empire would do. She noted that
all of the countries involved in the conflict must come together, call for peace, and finalize a
diplomatic solution that would guarantee peace, sovereignty, and liberation in Dovani. Xiapopote
confirmed that the Empire of Canrille will continue to call for a change to international order
and hope for a quick end to all hostilities which confirms the Empire's neutrality and "laissez-faire"
approach to the war.
Image
While at the conference, Xiapopote said that the Royal Ministry of International Affairs officially
endorsed Dankuk for Seat D of the Security Council. Xiapopote stated that "Dankuk represents the
vision that both the United Kingdom and the Empire of Canrille has on the future of diplomacy and
international order". Previously, High Chancellor Valence noted that her vision on the direction of
the nation was loosely inspired from the significant proposals and legislation created in Seko and
Dankuk. Xiapopote and the RMoIA made clear that the Empire and the United Kingdom would not
tolerate aggression in Dovani from a foreign power any longer and reiterated that foreign policy
has changed to change international order and diplomacy based on Dankuk's proposals for the
Security Council.

This afternoon, the High Chancellor after receiving approval from the Royal Assembly, signed into law the Canrillaise Economic
Community Treaty also known as the CEC. The CEC is a treaty that expands economic opportunities and investments within the
members of the Empire of Canrille. The CEC treaty opens up doors for free trade, the exchange of services and goods, and the
free movement of nationals within the empire. Economists in the United Kingdom have long expressed the need for an economic
community between the Canrillaise nations as access to Lourennais markets and South Seleyan markets opens up opportunities
for growth and investments. High Chancellor Valene noted that the economic community is a landmark achievement for the
empire and its people. Valence also explained that she understood the risks and exploitations that could result from free trade
agreements like the CEC, however the CEC was designed to respect labor laws and environmental restrictions in each of the
member nations. The High Chancellor's own economic policy played a huge role in the formation of the economic community.
The CEC is primarily focused within the Empire of Canrille and its associated markets in Kanjor, Alduria, and Lourenne; however,
the treaty allows for other nations worldwide to negotiate a treaty with the Empire of Canrille to be able to access Canrillaise
markets within the CEC. According to reports, Rildanor is in the process of negotiating with the Royal Ministry of International
Affairs on a non-CEC treaty that allows Rildanor to access the Empire's markets. The Royal Ministry of International Affairs
encourages nations to negotiate a similar treaty with the Empire of Canrille to share the economic benefits of the CEC. Experts
predict that the CEC, and similar minor treaties associated with it, could become a major player in international markets.

High Chancellor Juliette Valence, during her daily briefing at the government complex in Eroncourt
announced that the Bureau of Central Disaster Response of the Royal Ministry of Sustainability is
working closely with the Royal Ministry of International Affairs to help send resources to Keymon
who is currently struggling with containing massive bushfires in its country. Weeks ago, the Royal
Ministry of International Affairs received secure messages from the government of Keymon which
called for assistance in defeating the forest fires. In response, the RMoIA called upon the Bureau
of Central Disaster Response as well as several Lourennais towns and cities to prepare a force of
firefighters willing to be sent to Keymon to battles the fires. By late that evening over 1000
firefighters were recruited throughout the nation and were sent to Keymon. On top of sending
men, the Royal Ministry of Sustainability has sent along Lourennais aerial equipment such as
helicopters and large extinguisher planes to help manage and examine the extent of the bushfires
from above. Not only will the air power help manage the bushfires, but they can also be used to
extinguish fires giving men on the ground a well needed break. Along with sending assistance to
Keymon, the Royal Ministry of Sustainability has begun to create special committees on how
Keymon can avoid a massive fire like this in the future. Sustainability scientists, engineers, and
professionals are gathering in Eroncourt to help tackle this issue in a green and sustainable manner.
The Royal Ministry of Sustainability is said to be working with the Keymonese Government over the
future of Keymon's environment, renewable energy expansion, and environment protection.

It certainly is quite interesting writing this piece in the middle of a war. It certainly opens my mind up even
more. I am Georges Cuillere writing for the Stellar Opinion, opening your world to different opinions. Now, my
focus today is to figure out what will happen to the state of the world after this unusual war ends. For the past
few decades Deltaria and Vascania have been at the forefront of global politics. Obviously, they have been the
world's leaders for quite some time. Both nations have shaped our society today. Whether it be through random
political investments or cheese-grater killers, it is fair to say that these two superpowers have made an impact
on the world. Yet, I don't think it's the result war that will define the state of the world, rather what happens
after the war will truly define the future. What do I mean exactly? The state of the world will change after the
end of the war, in fact, the chess pieces have already begun to move. To try and examine what the world will
look like in the next ten to twenty years, it is necessary to analyze how current global affairs are beginning to
shape a new world order. A world order where Vascania and Deltaria are sidelined and new ideas flourish.
Image
Now, let's take a look back a couple of years to when Deltaria absolutely killed the world economy, and not in
a good way. Deltaria's economic crisis spread worldwide and caused losses in several nations throughout the
globe. This of course was caused by Deltaria's influence in the world's economy. This crisis caused a major shift
in international affairs. Some nations felt the immense effects of the economic crisis, but others did not. ENTER:
VASCANIA. Vascania and other nations in the East, during the crisis, grew and distanced themselves from Deltaria
who is seen as a hungry capitalist nation with police-like tendencies. This distancing caused polarization in what
many thought was a rather peaceful world, unless you include nuances such as Endralon, then the world has
been in some tension. Tensions in the World Congress and between certain nations, more importantly Deltaria
and Vascania, opened up the gates of conflict. This brings us to the Pilese War which is still raging on. The war
has caused even more tensions and distancing. Not only that, but it makes us all question, what happens next?
When peace is made, what will happen? I think its necessary to put a focus on nations who, for some time, have
already tried to make an impact on the international stage, but have sat in the shadow of Vascania and Deltaria.
After this war, Deltaria and Vascania are sure to step of the stage. I mean,Deltarians are already protesting
the war. It's only a matter of time. Nonetheless, these nations will leave an interesting power vacuum. Not a
huge one. These nations won't slip into irrelevancy, but their post-war retreat will be seen and felt. But by who?
Image
I mean, let's all agree. Endrlaon has been a nation that has been trying to make itself seem like a good guy on
the international stage, but sending faux artists to random nations in a political stunt is not the way to go if you
ask me. Endralon is a wild card nation to be completely honest. Their only focus is me, myself, and I . You'd
imagine that a nation full of healthcare corporations would care about it's people more. Actually, no they don't.
It's clearly all about money and acting like a free nation, but in reality the nation is more of an oligarchic nation.
Yet, their absurd obsession with NACTO and defense does come important when thinking about the structure of
the world after the war in Rapa Pile. Will they be a major player? Perhaps.. But that will only happen after they
quit fetishing its most holy CEOs. Liore is another nation that raises eyebrows. Liore has been leading affairs in
Dovani and for some time, held good relations with the current warring nations. But the war has revealed Liore's
true intentions: Dovanian unification or at least, cooperation. Their recent Darobi declaration and their newfound
relationship with Ntoto foreshadows what could be an opportunity for a greater Dovani. A Dovani where cooperation
and better relationships trump any "western" involvement and intrusion. Truly, Liore and its allies in Dovani are
nations that must be watched. Speaking of Dovani, I'm talking about my country of birth and residence, Lourenne.
To be honest, we have been dead for the past couple of years, because of the revolution of course, but I think
the nation is back on the rise. This whole thing with Canrille and the CEC does look promising. But that's all it
is at the moment, a promise. I think there is great potential for the nation to become involved again. So far, it
looks like that's the plan, but we may never know until it actually happens. Dorvik remains a relevant and
powerful nation in the north. It's influence expands to the north and to the south, yet it was in a decline for
quite a while. yet, with the war going on, Dorvik's time to reach the top once again has returned. While they
are one of the world's bigger powers at the moment, it is possible they could once again become the top of
the line. Trigunia is a nation that is kind of worrying. I mean. Trigunia has an interesting history, don't get me
wrong, but all of this military expansion tells us that they are prepared to be aggressive on the international
stage. It'd be a shame if they built up all of this equipment only to not use it, or will they? Trigunia's neighbor
Dolgava is also on the rise again. Yet, while they face their own internal struggles with terrorism and the fear
of fascism, their future looks optimistic. Yet, Trigunia's presence up north may or may not complicate security
in Dolgava. We could see a peaceful resolution between the two nations or the next regional war.
Image
I return to my original thoughts: what will happen after the war in Rapa Pile ends? We'll we could see the rise
of new power blocs, the rise of a new world order based on the Seko Model, or a repeat of the past two
decades full of tension and conflict. Nonetheless, I can feel a decline in both Deltaria and Vascania. This war is
bound to hurt them both on the international stage and within their own borders. Does it mean we won't see
them at all in the next few years? Absolutely not. However, their temporary decline will cause a vacuum on
Terra. A vacuum that will either mean a new outlook on diplomacy and cooperation, or one that will mean a
new power struggle will commence. And struggle always comes with suffering, tenstions, and perhaps a bright
future. The new world order is set to begin with the end of a war; however, will it end, in the future, with the
beginning of a new war? Have fun with that one. I'm Georges Cuillere, and that was my Stellar Opinion.

For almost a week, representatives and delegates from Vascania, Deltaria, Liore, and the World Congress have been negotiating
the final terms and peace agreement of the Rapa Pile War at the Royal Resort in Avienne-les-Baines. Since the war in Rapa Pile
was raging on, the United Kingdom publically and internationally protested the war and announced that the world needed to
enter a new era where diplomacy, humanity, and peace dominate world affairs. The United Kingdom's new international ideology
has been put to the test and has temporarily succeeded as the war in Rapa Pile has come to an end and the peace conference is
taking place in the nation. The Royal Ministry of International Affairs appointed the Royal Minister of International Affairs, Crystal
Xiapopote to lead the Lourennais delegation in negotiations. Several other minor members of the ministry attended, mainly from
the Bureau for Strategic Co-operation. The RMoIA also invited several independent moderators and lawyers from the University
of Delaune to attend the conference and help with negotiations in a peaceful, independent, and diplomatic manner. Security was
increased at Avienne-les-Baines prior to the beginning of the conference. High Chancellor Valence gave her opinion on the peace
conference and noted that offering to host the conference from a neutral perspective reveals the nation's foreign policy positions
and intention to champion diplomacy and humanitarianism throughout the world.

Today, members from all over the United Kingdom attended a massive conference in Valois today that saw the creation of Green
Action for Terra, or Action Vert pour Terra. The organization was created by over 100+ environmental groups that were originally
founded in Lourenne and merged to share resources. Green Action for Terra, or GAT, according to its main spokesperson Angie
Boulvarde, is an organization that envisions a society of independent peoples working together to create a sustainable world
based on the common belief of peace, humanity, and equity. The GAT focuses on ensuring environmental and social justice, the
promotion of green energy, the security and empowerment of indigenous peoples, the empowerment of women and local
communities, the expansion and protection of human rights, and the empowerment of grassroots movements aimed to create
social change. According to Boulvarde, the organization also encourages and promotes Valencienne Economic Policy, created by
the High Chancellor which calls for economic growth in a humanitarian manner. Members of the GAT believe that the High
Chancellor's economic policy alongside a grassroots movement to enact sustainable changes is the will of the people in Lourenne.
Boulvarde, during the conference in Valois, explained that the GAT backs the High Chancellor in both the Royal Assembly and in
the office of the High Chancellor. The newly founded GAT believes that a humanitarian ideology must be preserved in the nation
like it currently is. GAT members noted that the organization was specifically against the chains of neo-liberalism, unrestricted
free market economics, extreme globalism, and the coddling of corporations. The GAT is an open organization that can be joined
by any nation on Terra. The organization welcomes members from all over the world in hopes to spread the idea of sustainability,
humanitarianism, equity, and sovereignty. The GAT has made notice that it will hold conferences in Valois every 3 years to show
the progress of the grassroot movement and the changes it has made throughout Terra.

After several years of strategic planning and gathering funds the GASO (Global Association of Sports Organisations) and
the Lourennais Sporting Authority of the Division of Independent Offices successfully held the "Games of Canrille" in
Lourenne. The Games of Canrille sponsored by the GASO was exclusive to the member nations of the Empire of Canrille
including Lourenne, Kanjor, and Alduria. Each of the nations were told to send a "game team" of 200 athletes and
personnel to Eroncourt to participate in the games. The games in Lourenne were all similar to the games seen at
Vascania's "Horizon Games". Rowing, golf, tennis, football, cycling, and metered running competitions were the events
that were most popular in the games due to their historical significance to the nations of the empire. Local communities
and smaller cities in the national also send athletes and even politicians to the games. In Eroncourt, there was a
planned "Mayor's Race" where the mayors of several Lourennais cities competed in a short running course at the bank
of the Senne River. Several Eroncourt residents were asked about the games hosted and sponsored by the GASO during
the games. Several residents, in a summed-up statement, said that the games were a "well-organized and happy event
that not only displayed the unification of the Canrillaise peoples, but also displayed the cultural importance of sports
and athletics". Small medals and trophies were given to those who won individual games. In a surprise ending, Alduria
and Kanjor were tied for most first-place medals, while Lourenne led in the most second-place medals. The High
Chancellor, during the anticipated Mayor's race, said that she thanked her government and the GASO for helping to
plan and execute a successful week of events that unified a large group of people through sports.

For the second time ever, the people of the United Kingdom once again voted for the artist/artists that would represent
Lourenne at the eighth edition of FOMAT in Deltaria. As it was conducted last time, the Lourennais Institute of Art and Music
once again hosted the voting event that would determine who would be sent to FOMAT. Millions of Lourennais residents
participated in the voting event, which took almost 5 rounds to determine the winner after hundreds of artists submitted
music in the voting process. In the end, the song: "Discothèque", by the group "X et Y" was the winner by a slim majority.
"X et Y" is a famous underground pop duo that is known for their extravagant nightclub performances in Eroncourt and in
Valois. "X et Y" more recently released their new album called "Rectoverse" which instantly hit the top charts in Lourenne
and Canrille. Their song "Discothèque" chosen for FOMAT can be found in the Rectoverse album. Millions believe that the
songs catchy beat and intimate feel can give it a top spot at FOMAT VIII.

In a surprise announcement to the nation, High Chancellor Juliette Valence, the leader of the humanitarian movement of
Lourenne and the leader of the nation for the past two decades, announced that she would not run for re-election in September
ending her 20 year run as High Chancellor of the United Kingdom. The High Chancellor was seen at the Royal Estates this morning
which meant that she met with King Philippe VII to talk about the end of her term. Millions of residents are in shock that the High
Chancellor has decided to step down despite having various political successes. The High Chancellor was responsible for smoothly
restoring the monarchy, restabilizing the Lourennais economy through her own economic policy, re-established the use of green
energy, began an ambitious infrastructure program, expanded the nation's democratic values, and modernized the nation's
healthcare system. Despite not running for re-election, High Chancellor Valence has already chosen her successor who will
continue the values of humanitarianism, her economic policy, and the ideals of sovereignty. Valence has chosen the ex- Royal
Minister of Health and Human Services Yuma Lorraine to replace her in the next national elections. Lorraine is set to receive
tough opposition from other ex-ministers who are eyeing the office. Members from the Royal Ministry of Defense have declared
that they will run in the next federal elections and have rejected Valence's ideals so far. Political analysts believe that Valence's
popularity will take Lorraine to the High Chancellery, but opposition could be tougher than it seems.

After months of campaign speeches, rallies, and televised events, the citizens of the United Kingdom lined up at the
polls yesterday to vote for the next High Chancellor of Lourenne. Several candidates lined themselves up for a spot in
the election which would be held in late December. ex-High Chancellor Valence specifically chose Yuma Lorraine, a
previous human rights lawyer and federal judge in the state of Louives, to succeed her and her ideas. The main
opposition Lorraine faced was former Deputy Royal Minister of Defense Georges Margot. Margot served as deputy royal
minister during Valence's first term as High Chancellor. Margot ran on a campaign of change. He attempted to change
the public's opinions on the military and the security of the nation, noting that Valence did not do enough. Yet, Lorraine
stated that the security of the nation was one of her main focuses, realizing that it had been neglected for decades.
Lorraine's proposals, which mirrored those of Valence's, resonated more with the public and led her to a slim electoral
victory. Lorraine has also made history with her election because she is the first person of Sekowan and Orinco origin
to become the High Chancellor. Lorraine's parents were immigrants from Sekowo who came to Lourenne years ago.
Growing up in the city of Montpelier, Lorraine was able to learn about Lourrenais history and politics, which led to her
going to the University of Delaune in pursuit of law and human rights. After becoming a human rights lawyer and
practicing it for years, Lorraine was selected to become a regional judge in Louives. Millions are hopeful that Lorraine
can continue expanding Valence's ideas and proposals during her term as High Chancellor. However, she plans to propose
her own ideas such as modernizing the military and expanding universal healthcare.
