Yingdala appoints me, Tao Lee Chen, to serve as Secretary-General for the unexpired term ending on January 1, 4920. It is an honor to serve this body as its first Secretary-General and I can assure you that I will faithfully execute the duties of the office of which I am about to enter.

Continuing with the agenda items, I would like to amend the agenda by striking the sixth and seventh items and move on to General Statements. If anyone, including the new members of the CESU, wants to make a statement, feel free to do so.

Mr. Flemming Jónsson, Leader of the Telamonic Delegation to the Confederate Economic Security Union

Honorable Delegates,

The Confederation of Telamon is more than ready to be part of this Organization. We see in this organization a bright future for the countries that are part of it, together we will work to secure that future.

Following what Mr. Secretary Tao Lee Chen said, we believe it would be important to move on to the points he mentioned and amend the agenda of this organization. I state here, as the leader of this delegation, that Telamon will support any motion that passes through this chamber. Needless to say, I conclude my short address to this chamber and hope that we can reach agreements for a sustainable future, thank you very much.

In response to Mr. Jónsson of Telamon, it has been decided that we not continue ahead with agenda item number six, however, agenda item number seven is still being considered. A resolution will be submitted for review and approval by the General Assembly at a later date. As for now, the Union is functioning at full capacity.

We present the following draft of a resolution for intelligence sharing for consideration, refinement and clarification by the General Assembly of the Confederate Economic Security Union:

Resolution 03, Intelligence Sharing
With respect to gathering information so that decisions can be made on whether members should approach a given matter in a joint diplomatic fashion and whether joint military or humanitarian efforts are desirable or possible, each member should share its incoming intelligence on matters to be designated of interest.

Each member shall be able to designate a subject or a nation or a nation under certain circumstances as a matter subject to be being observed by notifying the Director General of the Confederate Security Union.

The Director General of the Confederate Security Union shall insure that each member knows the current desired subjects of joint intelligence and that information received is shared. Whether this will be by contact with each individual member or by use of a common information center will depend on what circumstances dictate.

f a member of the Confederate Economic Security Union would like to participate in an initial joint military exercise, please inform the Director General, Confederate Security Union, so that arrangements can be made.

I believe that Director-General Podgornii's willingness to undergo a military exercise with the full membership of the CESU is exactly what we need.
As he said, it is voluntary and I can speak for Yingdala when I say that Yingdala will participate in the military exercise. We will send an official letter stating that as well.

The Hobrazian Armed Forces would participate in any joint exercise held by CESU. We furthermore would like to offer the use of Hobrazian military bases and territory for these exercises.
