OOC: Security Council Seat E Election

Nominees for Seat E are as such Vascania and Suyu Llaqta. The players can attempt to negotiate who should be elected directly. As per james's post, if no agreement is reached, then we will initiate a vote after the 22nd.

A bit premature perhaps but if there needs to be a vote, I would put my money on Suyu Llaqta.

Personally I would prefer to reach an agreement without voting. In line with the principle of rotating the seat between various countries, let me suggest that each of the two countries serves one term on the Security Council. For this upcoming election, we could agree to support Vascania. In the next election, we then agree to support Suyu Llaqta. Would that be acceptable to everybody else?

The arrangement will still stand on either a rotational basis or upon common agreement, and of course nominations between members.

Im still open to a rotational deal if Pragma wants the seat next term. Or even if she still wants it this term im fine with it.

This is a reminder that forum-based countries wishing for their countries to stand in the 83rd Security Council (next cycle) can let everyone know in this thread. Players taking part in the election (either voting or standing as candidates) must have made at least one substantive post in the month of August.
