I’ll take a look at this, but I can tell you off the rip that the whole “Guest worker” thing isn’t going to fly. RP-related population stuff is RP, these bills provide context and background for nations not RP-related conditions.

Speaking as an outside player, the formatting of this bill is really confusing. In the religion section, for example, it is unclear whether "Orthodox Church of Terra" is supposed to be a subgroup of "Amelioratism" or a distinct branch of "Hosianism", and no real-life equivalent is provided. I think new players in Endralon would find this cultural protocol difficult to understand.

Passed as an update to the existing CP (found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=626090).

Main aim was to bring it in line formatting-wise with modern CPs. It now broadly follows the same structure as Cildania's does.

One minor actual change was made: I removed Jelbanien, which was previously 3% of the total population. This group was "English or French-speaking White Europeans" which never made much sense ICly. It only existed OOCly because Jelbe was long, long ago raided on and off by LordStephen, who insisted on using "Jelbanien" when he did so. I think it's been long enough since that's been at all relevant. I added 1% each to Delic, Majatran, and Augustan groups to account for these 3%.

This is more of a nitpick, would you be amendable to re-passing it with spaces in between the major categories? It’s a little difficult to read with it all smushed together.
