A few minor additional updates to the Cultural Protocols Index. The links to the Moderation approval posts for the current cultural protocols of Dorvik, Hutori, and Mordusia have been updated because they were all previously linking to the wrong posts.

After discussion among the Role-Play Committee, we have unfortunately decided to reject this request for culturally open status because we feel it might undermine the established cultural background of Kundrati.

Having said that, we recognise the unusual history of cultural protocols in Kundrati and the significant changes made over the past three years. As a result, we would be open to considering a cultural protocol update for Kundrati with greater changes than would normally be approved given these circumstances. In any case, it would still be subject to the usual process of community feedback and scrutiny.

I am content with this ruling and will be making drastic CultPro arrangements as needed.

At the request of the RPC (specifically James, who thankfully pointed these inaccuracies out), I introduced some minor fixes to the Baltusian cultural protocol, specifically regarding naming conventions and the removal of the "Scotch-Irish" variable, as I was told that this was offensive outside of the US, to which I was unaware. I was informed this required a formal re-submission, so I'm doing that now.
