Cultural protocol update for Cobura. No numbers have been modified but three labels have been updated.

"Irkawan (Egyptian)" has been changed to "Irkawan (Coptic-speaking Egyptian)" for the sake of clarity.

"Delic (Slavic)" has been changed back to "Tokundian (Serb)".

"Terran Patriarchal Church (Eastern Orthodox Church with aspects of Slavic mythology)" has been updated to "Augustan Church (Eastern Orthodox Church with aspects of Slavic mythology)".

The RPC took this up and the 48 hours period for commenting is open.

The RPC unanimously approved this request, the new Cultural Protocol will be approved after the 48-hours commenting period is over.

No changes in numbers, just definitions. Terran Patriarchal Church replaced with Augustan Church in light of recent RP, and Mallan defined as Amhara instead of Ethiopian.

Beiteynu's Cultural Protocol update, unanimously approved.

There are some important changes, starting from ethnicity: the "Other" label was removed and replaced by an accurate break-down of all ethnicities present, which are coming/have came from nations with which Beiteynu had extensive economic and international ties, other than its Majatran neighbors. The total number of Yeudis remains stable.

On religion, the Yeudish faith regains a slim majority, justified by the return of the Yeudi monarchy and the House of Elior, extensively roleplayed in the past months. Hosians and Ahmadis see minimal gains, while the big "other" label previously adopted is partially replaced by the adding of a specific label for non-religious people.

Submitted for your consideration. This will be a reversal of the old cultural protocol illegally passed by Auditorii without respecting the wishes of past players. I also modified the language values to this effect and modified the religion values as well.

As this would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country, there will now be a forty-eight hour period where any player can offer feedback on the update before it can be accepted.

Due to the significance of this change, I am going to suggest we extend this period to ninety-six hours to ensure any player who wants to share feedback on the proposal is able to do so.

Following changes were made:

Canrillaise majority was slightly decreased to allow an increase in Egelian and Orinco cultures, which have seen an increase in RP since the last CP was passed.
