His Excellency, Thomas Meyers, Permanent Representative of the Holy Luthori Empire to the Artanian Council

On behalf of the Prime Minister, I have been appointed as the Permanent Representative of His Majesty's Government to the Artanian Council. The issues that the Luthorian Government would like to bring up to this table is the following:

(1) - Dealing with the worsening relations with the Majatran Security Cooperation Organization.
(2) - Dealing an Artanian-wide response to the current standoff in Endralon.

While the second has seen some Luthorian response to it. The first is the complete unknown about what we should do. We want to see our Artanian partners imput on both extraordinary problems.

Dear colleagues, my Government will soon respond to the events in Endralon by sending humanitarian help, and to respond to Mr. Meyers' previous message, I think our Artanian-wide response may exactly start from there, with each A.U. country contributing to send humanitarian help. Dundorf remains ready to hear other proposals from the Honorable members.

The Kingdom of Rutania will happily contribute to any centrally coordinated scheme by the AU.

Recognizing that the lack of Artanian-wide response to an Artanian crisis is worrying, the Luthorian Government is proposing to that Council a series of measures in order to send support to the suffering Endralonian people. I think it's best for the organization to avoid sending supplies and weapons to one side of the civil war for the moment. I propose that for such support to be sent, it should be debate in the AU first.

The Luthorian Proposal for Artanian Union's support to the Endralonian people:
(1) - Recognizing the humanitarian crisis happening in Endralon, the Artanian Union will create a fund to fund Artanian humanitarian org. working in the country.
(2) -All members states shall be required to give a (to be determined) fraction of their respective contributions towards the Artanian Union's functionment to that said fund.

Any addition, suggestion and modification is needed, we are leaving this up for debate.

Having seen support from our colleagues, the Luthorian delegation has decided to put that proposal into vote with a little modification, a clause stating that the AU recongnizes the "Free Endralon" government as being the legitimate government of the country. The process of voting on that proposal:

The Luthorian Proposal for Artanian Union's support to the Endralonian people:
(1) - Recognizing the humanitarian crisis happening in Endralon, the Artanian Union will create a fund to fund Artanian humanitarian org. working in the country.
(2) - All members states shall be required to give a (to be determined) fraction of their respective contributions towards the Artanian Union's functionment to that said fund.
(3) - The Artanian Union members and the organization as a whole recongnizes the "Free Endralon" government as being the legitimate government of the eastern Artanian country.

The process of voting on that proposal has begun now and will end in two days. (two days IRL) The Holy Luthori Empire votes Aye to that proposal.
