Tian’an Confernece

Held at the Heavenly Palace in the Yingdalan capital during the aftermath of the Hubris War between Beiteynu and Lourenne, the Tian’an Conference aims to address the shortcomings in the international order that led to the conflict to ensure a more peaceful Terra.

All states are invited to attend the conference, with attendees being split into Major, Regional, and Supporting delegations. While each delegation will be given time to speak, Major delegations shall open and close each sessions and their views given more weight to final outcomes.

We have all these discussions of leading and supporting. Maybe its best if we make it a bit more structured in a different way:

- The Major Delegations will provide comments
- The Major Delegations will be given a chance to respond
- The Regional and Supporting Delegations may comment
- The Major Delegations make closing remarks
- Yingdala summarizes the points of agreement and disagreements

At the end of the conference, a document will be presented for the nations of Terra to sign and serve as a framework for the international order moving forward.

The Son of Heaven convenes the delegations of Terra in the Hall of Great Peace at the Heavenly Palace. Instead of a traditional court-style arrangement, three large, round tables have been brought to the hall - one for each delegation. Everything, of course, is in the Yingdalan style.

Once the delegations have been seated and provided refreshments - only the finest Yingdalan tea from His Imperial Majesty's Shu State - the Son of Heaven, clad in his formal court attire, addressed the representatives of Terra.

Your Excellencies and Your Royal Highnesses, We welcome you to the Heavenly Palace to address the serious question of Terra's order. This is a serious matter. Our decisions will reverberate across the globe and set the foundation of future relations for the next several centuries. We must endeavor to establish an outcome most conducive to peace and harmony for all. That is our charge and most sacred duty to our people.

The recent Hubris War between Beiteynu and Lourenne - exemplifying the breakdown in the global order - led to this illustrious group meeting. However, the Hubris War is not the root cause. The Terran Order has been on shaky ground for nearly 1,000 years. The World Congress, created after the Great Terran War, was supposed to promote peace. Instead, it became a neutered body for great powers to use to sugarcoat their global power plays. In fact, this sugarcoating may have led to more harm than good - as the true intent of actions could remain hidden from the people of Terra with governments failing to respond.

Thus, a new Order is needed, one that recognizes our global reality, maximizes peaces, and creates the most benefit for all. This is why you are here. This is our mission. May Heaven bless us.
