3 circuits with 3 levels of courts:

1. Municipal Courts, where motions are first filed
2. District Courts, where appeals are usually handled
3. Superior Court, when motions and appeals are followed by motions and appeals
- Yishelem (Crown Circuit)
- Sholemberg (Desert Circuit)
- Tel Bira (Garden Circuit)

3 supreme courts, when circuits can't handle it:

1. Supreme Court, if there's a murder (wink)
2. Administrator Court, when it involves the government
3. High Economic Court, for white-collar crimes

2 independent agencies not impacted by administration policies:

1. TRA (Transparency Remediation Authority), @Svetlana with a goal to smoke out systemic corruption and/or lack of restrictions
2. YBI (Yeudish Bureau of Investigations), @GreekIdiot when cases transcend Beiteynuese borders, as they usually do

@Svetlana, @GreekIdiot, @Nick appear before @Louis/judge(s) to file motions/appeals and they have to wait for @Louis/judge(s) to reply - just like in a courtroom.

@Nick represents both administration (i.e. Prime Minister) and private sector, @GreekIdiot is entirely private sector.

@Louis/judge(s) decides whether to approve OR deny motions/appeals, or push to a higher level court.

@Louis/judge(s) is entirely independent and can't be influenced.

Your honour, this is a clear and blatant conflict of interest in the MCR, their policies within the Aristocrat-Goldbloom Administration via the MOJ and their influence onto the judiciary itself, the TRA notwithstanding, which immediately launched into "widespread investigations" that have no merit.

My colleague and attorney for the Yeudish lobbyists is accusing the Transparency Remediation Authority without any bases to back his claims. The appointment of our president wasn't because she is a Beir al-Qasseem but it was due to her hardwork as Tel Bira's most efficient and fair judge that knew how to swiftly handle disputes in a civil way instead of accusing the other side to try and gain some time, we would also like to note that unlike what the attorney said, Fatima resigned from hee position as a judge in Tel Bira immediately after her appointement as the head of the TRA.

In addition, the TRA's investigation and current warrants have been approved by the Superior Courts alongside the agency working within the new established policies of the Judicial and Universal System for Transparency that passed on March of 5479 and was finally enacted as of recently on the 13th of December 5482. As such, we request the full cooperation of the lobbyists and their sponsored independent candidates while we are doing a preemptive investigation for potential involvement in corruption schemes, this applies to all parties even MCR themselves that willingly cooperated with us through the Transparency committee who granted us unlimited access to their archives and reports that go back as far as 5382.

Finally, your honor, the Transparency Remediation Authority, assures you that we are and will always work within the legal frame bestowed to us by the JUST plan, and we will remain committed to respecting everyone's fundamental rights alongside ensuring fully transparent and fair investigations that will be shared with all judges involved in it from municipal courts to the Supreme Courts, the TRA will respect the rulling of this court room no matter what the outcome.

The TRA has video footage alongside papertrails of lobbyists purposefully trying to sway politicians using tactics often seen when a person is actively trying to corrupt another individual or organization, the TRA would like to note that we respect the concept of lobbying when it is within the legal borders set by Beiteynuese law but once it crosses said limits, it legally falls under the definition of corruption and as such a reason to do a preemptive investigation.

With all due respect, but regardless of the investigative material which we find circumstantial at best, it seems that the entire narrative at play here from prosecution is simple: MCR pops up, challenges the HHB in the electoral, joins the administration, takes the reigns of the MOJ, forms an agency under a heavily lobbied legislature by the MCR itself, creates a new, supposedly independent agency and then selectively and rather quickly appoints an MCR friend as head of that same agency.

And magically, a "widespread investigation" appears with warrants issued overnight - unless you're saying the TRA has been on this case... for years!

But the TRA didn't exist until 5 minutes ago!

I would like to ask you to address your client's long history of backdoor deals with both foreign and national agents alongside the recorded investigations launched by multiple agencies before the creation of the TRA itself, wanna talk about neutrality and fairness when your own clients can't seem to stop themselves from wiring money to their victims to persuade to promote their own companies. Furthermore, do you want to address the fact that you own shares in the companies that operate those same lobbyists? You can't come here and act all high and mighty mighty when the call is from inside the house. Also, I would advise not to throw stones from a house of glass given your new experience to the field of law and jurisdictions in which I spent more than 15 years of my life working. By the way, before you come and say that we are violating individual rights, I just want to let you know that who owns what in the stock market is public information free for anyone to access.
