For parties that have shown previous activity (this one has done so), Section 5 of the Game Rules say we need to allow players up to 4 days of inactivity before we inactivate. This party has not yet been inactive for 4 days, so will not be inactivated at this point.

Apologies for delayed response, this was done. If a party has done nothing since creation and only logged in, the rule allows them to be deactivated after 48 hrs of inactivity rather than 4 days. That applied in this case.
