Heritage Films reveals double meaning of famous Yeudish terms

Valois, Lourenne - As part of their ever increasing marketing efforts in promoting the upcoming release of the Ezrahim (Civil War) film, Heritage Films, Valoir Studio and Sinama Eayn al-Nasr from Badara - the makers of the multi-awarded War of Lost Souls trilogy - have launched a promotional portal that has been subject to speculations, conspiracy theories and several controversies on social media.

The film, meant to tell the story of a supposed ancient and still enduring strife between the Benowitz and Kadiyot Houses, those allegedly of the Kadmonim (Ancient Ones) tracing their ancestry directly to Elior himself, is rumoured to be loaded with double meanings.

In an attempt to promote the film, the portal offers whimsical explanations on Yeudish terms which have become famous in recent centuries both in official capacity, as well as popular culture: Elior's Oath, the Yeudi Monarchy and even the Yeudi Plot itself among a few.

Several members of the House of Elior, including Kalopian-Yeudi Head of the Medinat Dpt. Dionysis Kadiyot and Hadayim COO Joseph Benowitz (supposedly of the 2 "rival" families of this civil war story), have jokingly dismissed the film's premise as "quite the fiction".

OOC: I've began revealing the hidden layers of the Beiteynuese RP on that thread. Big reveal will drop in the movie (2 min video) itself.

Quick context is I had a rough idea of this back in 5280-5300 when I began introducing Benowitzes and Kadiyots. In any case, it's supposed to bring the arc full circle back to the beginning - and the beginning is the Yeudi Diaspora, which always bothered me as canon since there was no adequate explanation of it except some loosely described crazy monarchs.

And I didn't want to change the canon, but fill in the blanks in context.

Rishon Le Hofesh, West Bank - Evidently taking a cue from last year's "mass arrests streak" in Vanuku, the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations - an independent agency that specialises in all types of crime when it extends Beiteynu's borders into the Yeudish Neset - informed journalists in a press conference this morning that the Rishon Le Hofesh office in the West Bank has been coordinating a multinational manhunt in Pontesi, Barmenistan, Vanuku and Jelbe, based on the intelligence gathered by Vanukean authorities. The manhunt has thus far resulted in 17 arrests, with individuals claiming multiple nationalities.

"We will continue to work directly with RSB in this cluster of cases", the Director of YBI stated, concluding the press conference; "it is imperative that we coordinate with Wiel in outmost haste in addressing what seems to be a quite extensive regional security gap".

Rumours indicate that Beiteynuese authorities have also tipped off Bannerhafen on potential counter-intelligence cells associated with shipping.

Despite noticeable pressure by the press, YBI Director declined to comment on whether the 17 individuals were associated with either Beiteynu, Luthori or Lourenne; questions and speculations which have dominated news headlines in West Majatra since last year.

Naval defence contracts skyrocket in West Majatra and N&D

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - Equifund manufacturers and suppliers have not seen such consecutive record profits since a little bit after the war between Beiteynu and Lourenne in the 5480s; when Bannerhafen had triggered the Bannerpakt and together with Yeudish financial institutions, invested heavily into the manufacturing industries - and especially shipbuilding and shipyards - of both the Yeudi Homeland and its ally to the north, Narikaton and Darnussia.

However, the front has mostly been quite for more than 50 years, ever since the Beiteynuese Naval Command decided to disband its last remaining heavyweight carrier strike group in 5533, reassign its warships from the 3rd Point to defensive fleets and return the Queen Isabelle-class of Lourennais design back to Eroncourt in a hefty "budget-cutting" 3.8B LFR deal (of the original 5B-ish when first procured from Lourenne), which saved up 250M LFR per annum.

Those were the times when the Treaty of Altatepec left the stage, the West faded and Canrille rose undisputed in the East.

In recent years, however, things have been changing.

Having long focused heavily into the Yeudi Homeland's navy, the Department of Defence Contracts of the Ministry of Defence in Yishelem seems eager to refresh and replenish the now significantly smaller and more agile Yeudish fleets; 3 small scale CSGs packing the infamous Yeudicho IRBMs and 3 defensive fleets.

All of them, combined with Bannerhafen's own naval prowess in the 3rd Point, mark for a gut punching Yishelhafen Pact that has essentially taken over regional security in the Migrant's Pass - which still remains closed for military forces since 5538 - on behalf of the now Deltarian-led MSCO in Majatra and the JAMS.

It's also rumoured that a worn out from civil strife Pontesi is also seeking to join up the trifecta, especially as Equifund manufacturers and suppliers from Beiteynu, Narikaton and Darnussia and Vanuku are being approached left right and center all over West Majatra.

All in all, a built up tracing all the way to 5479; is there a Yishelhafen Pact expansion in store, after all?

Or an even more collective framework beyond that?

Pontesian-Yeudi Baghdasar Tzafrir to inaugurate new administration

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Pontesian-Yeudi and former defence executive of the Equifund Baghdasar Tzafrir and a noble of the House of Elior from Rishon Le Hofesh ran on a platform of "regional stability" for the Coalition of the Yeudi Homeland. A sentiment, it seems, sparked by the 5540 Vandam World Economic Report and the 5532 Meridian one; combined, both seem to indicate an "uncontrolled fall" of both wealth and influence for the Yeudi People.

Mr. Tzafrir noted that the new administration would seek to counter that by focusing on the Yeudish Neset, not the Yeudi Homeland; "as the latter continues to enjoy unparalleled stability for centuries and the former continues to suffer in the aftermath of the truly devastating war with Lourenne".

It seems that a transition will begin to take place towards the Saham, with rumours spreading around all across the highest of ranks of the Beiteynuese Government that new policies around the Neset will see the Medinat Department sidelined.

After all, the financial organisation has argued for decades that "there's almost 4.5 more trillion francs of Yeudish wealth out there, declared in other nations"; wealth, it seems, that the new administration will seek to empower further with new policies in and around the Neset itself, focused more on those nations.

Reportedly, the Saham is also looking into several private sector investment scenarios with the Pontesian Government, much to critical acclaim.

3rd Point to keep Migrant's Pass closed for military vessels

3rd Point Base, Narikaton and Darnussia - With the tentative reopenings of the Meridian and Ananto Straits in the East by Kalistan and Lourenne in recent years in the aftermath of the regional conflict in Southeast Dovani, the Naval Chief of the Beiteynuese Naval Command - and the Kohav's permanent liaison to the 3rd Point in Narikaton and Darnussia - was asked about the status of the Migrant's Pass between the continents of Artania and Majatra.

As of the latest directive from 3rd Point Command, the Migrant's Pass will remain closed for all military vessels, excluding those carrying the flags of nations from the MSCO in Majatra and JAMS in Artania, provided that they disclose the parameters of their passage in advance.

While Lodamun's latest expansion of its patrolling areas towards the Artanian Sea and the South Ocean is a welcome change of pace to an otherwise lacking regional security strategy from Artania, we believe that it is nowhere near necessary collective security deterrents that can last the test of time.

MSCO and JAMS forces will continue to enjoy docking rights, of course, as per the Yishelhafen Pact.

It is also reported that the Medinat Department has opened a channel of communication with the Pontesian Government - under the direct supervision of the Pontesian-Yeudi Rosh HaMemshala himself - towards brokering Pontesi's entry to the MSCO.

"A first step towards a grand regional goal", was the statement of the Medinat Dpt.'s spokesperson yesterday afternoon.

As expected from the Medinat Dpt., the spokesperson declined to elaborate on counts of regional security.
