Borenu Welcomes Caliphate Army

Territories in Borenu that are controlled by Abujmal clan welcomes Caliphate army. Abujmal Clan Invades Nilaka and Crowns Sayeed Makhdoom as Sultan Ameer I Ushering in an Era of Peace!

The demise of the central government and the imminent invasion of Jakania by the Caliphate has frightened the indifferent elites. Noble houses, such as the wealthy House of Amirmoez and the House of Makhdoom, were forced to back up a warlord capable of uniting Jakania. They have chosen the Abujmal clan, a respectable family, to unite Jakania. The financial support from the Amirmoezs and the military support from the Makhdooms has allowed the Abujmal clan to field a massive army in Borenu. With this support, the Abujmal clan pacified the warring factions in Borenu within a month. After the pacification, the clan proceeded to expanding eastwards to Nilaka.

As they grew in power and influence, the Abujmal clan forced many of the warring factions to surrender and unite behind Timur Abujmal. In 3 months, they attacked Nilaka which is controlled by the Governor of East Jakania. The governors' army were overwhelmed and when Abujmal's forces reached the capital, the governor surrendered. As a result, Governor Abdul Razam Akam signed a treaty dissolving East Jakania and forcing him to support Abujmal.

With the demise of East Jakania, the Abujmal clan are now seeing rebel militias throughout Jakania surrendering their arms in their hundreds of thousands. The clan, high in morale, have hastily placed Sayeed Makhdoom on the Phoenix Throne, crowning him as Sultan Ameer I, abolishing the republic and establishing the monarchy. In one year, the unification of Jakania is now complete, ushering in a new age of peace for Jakania. However, the Caliphate's army are marching and the peace they've sought so hard to achieve might not last long.

Jakania Becomes A Vassal State of the Caliphate

After long years of fighting, Jakania is now left in ruins. The new government is bankrupt and militarily weak, they are unable to enforce its authority throughout Jakania. They fear Jakania will soon descend into chaos again should the new government fail to get enough money to finance the day to day running of the state.

As a result, the new government is left with no choice but to join the Razamid Caliphate as a vassal state, and allow the Caliphate's army to enter Jakania unharmed. In return the Caliphate will provide military assistance to stabilise Jakania and help establish and sustain its monarchy.

Kafuristan Money Shall be Used to Modernize Infrastructure

Grand Vizier Timur Abujmal thanked Kafuristan in the speech today. Money should be spent to improve infrastructure as well to modernize factories among them textile factories. "With this money our glorious nation should be able to produce enough cloth to dress whole Terra," added Mr Abujmal. Already Jakania is renowned for its almost as good as original clothes, with cheaper versions of Dolce&Gadura, LaIstaliaCosta, Chief, Artani being produced and sold around Majatra for half a cost.
Of course infrastructure shall be the main target - roads, railroads, water. All those facilities that were bombed and heavily damaged in the civil unrest and warlord fights.

Ba'athist numbers grow.

Masuw, Jakania - The Secretariat of the Majatran Socialist Ba'ath Party - Jakanian Region has announced that the numbers of the party have grown, the Ba'athist are a controversial group within Jakania, while they draw many supporters from the Armed Forces of Jakania there are also many that are loyal to the Sultan and the traditionalist ways. The Secretariat of the Ba'ath party announced that the number of supporters has increased throughout the country and many people have come out in support of the Ba'athist. The Ba'athist party however do not operate under normal means, the leadership of the party is visible but the general membership is not. The Ba'athist operate underneath a very secretive structure in order to prevent infiltration.

Explosions rock Jakanian capital

An explosion rocks a bridge just outside the capital.

Masuw, Jakania - Earlier today Musaw was rocked by a series of roadside bombs which struck throughout the capital of Jakania, the Jakanian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the bombs were done by pro-government forces on anti-government forces, though no reliable information has come through. In recent months the Jakanian Armed Forces and the Ba'athist Party have setup a government after declaring the current government lead by Steve Law II, an apparent Zardic puppet, illegitimate. A number of members of the Jakanian Armed Forces were named as members of the cabinet alongside members of the Armed Forces several members of the Ba'athist party were also named members of the Council of Ministers of the new government. This was naturally met with opposition by the current Jakanian government and the reigning Grand Vizier who was summarily stripped of most of his powers by the Armed Forces.

Responses from surrounding Majatran nations was strong, most of them called for peace and stability within the country but that is not what Jakania has been for years. Jakania is torn between ethnic, religious, political and economic lines. The country for a large majority of its history has been incredibly unstable and in the past several decades has undergone numerous regime changes and fluctuations. The current longest government has been the Armed Forces which has ruled the country intermittently for the past couple of decades. The rise of the Jakanian Solution for All party was the first test for the Jakanian Armed Forces and democracy in Jakania but the Armed Forces kept their hold on power.

New Sultan sees the Armed Forces remove all traces of opposition to military rule from politics.

General Hamas Makhdoom declares Sultan Faisal III as the new Sultan of Jakania and Turjakistan.

After the suspicious death of the aged Sultan Ameer and the immediate enthronement of his eldest son Faisal, the Grand Commander, Hamas Makhdoom, had the bulk of the Armed Forces of Jakania deployed in the capital city. In the capital city the army were ordered to clear all government offices of "traitors" who refuse to acknowledge the armed forces as the voice of the Sultan.

In the dawn of day, the army stormed the legislative assembly, supreme court and various important government offices. Tens of thousands of people were said to have been taken away in vans that lined along the Splendid Beach of Mehmed I. However, not everything went smoothly. The Supreme Court mobilised heavily armed police as soon as they heard news of armed men storming government offices. 5,000 police formed a defensive line around the Supreme court but they were withdrawn after 1 hour of firefight between the army and police. Overwhelmed by the superior fire-power of the army, members of the Supreme Court surrendered the building.

When the army had complete control of the capital city, the newly crowned Sultan made a televised announcement, with high ranking generals behind his back, that the army has brought in reforms aimed at tackling corruption which includes the banning of political parties in Jakania. The Sultan also added that a military government will be established in the name of stability. "The demise of the Caliphate has brought great hardship and division but we will prevail with the military on our side ."

Yesterday reports were leaked out stating that Turjakistan is undergoing a political purge. This was confirmed when military officials admitted to the national media that the feared Bureau of the Royal National Security Investigations, BRNSI, have sent out elite agents to remove "treasonous" officials from Turjakistan. According to the report, 2000 Turjak officials, who are known to be staunch separatists, were killed and replaced by loyal Turjaks or Jakanians.

The political purge came about when many Turjak government officials, unknown and prominent, refused to acknowledge Sultan Faisal III as their Sultan. Instead they sent a petition demanding that Turjakistan become a Republic. The outcome was the increase of the BRNSI presence in Turjakistan and the merging of the Armed Forces of Turjakistan, numbering 3,200, with the Armed Forces of Jakania.

Imams Throughout Jakania Urge People to Give Their Unwavering Support for Sultan Faisal III and Expose Unpatriotic Citizens

Imams throughout Jakania have called for the people of Jakania to offer prayers of support for the reigning Sultan and denounce those who are against him.
Leading Imam Muhammad Christ said,
"The nation is in danger of descending into chaos if the people are not behind our Sultan. Together we can rebuild our nation, divided we will only see death and destruction."
Imams refusing to voice their support were taken away in black vans and replaced by "shoddy" imams.

In other news, the BRNSI are no longer limited in the capital city but spreading throughout Jakania. Hundreds of the BRNSI branches have been established in each Governorate.

Sultan Faisal III Hailed as the Greatest Sultan that Has Ever Lived!

The country's social media has been portraying Sultan Faisal III as the demi-god ever since the beginning of his reign. Newspapers, radios and news channels have been revering the Sultan as the unifying figure and moral arbiter of Jakania. Today, the military, religious leaders, civil servants and all sections of Jakanian society were required to swear an oath of eternal undying allegiance to the Sultan and hail him as the Greatest Sultan that Has Ever Lived three times!

The military have declared that anyone born or living in Jakania will have to swear an oath of eternal undying allegiance to the Sultan.
