Anton Rietveld, chairman of Lodamun's Conservative Monarchist Alliance, has written to the Civil Rights Council requesting them to "send observers to Lodamun in order to monitor the sensitive transition we are making towards establishing a more religiously tolerant society where civil rights are better respected" and also encouraging the Council "to urge both other organisations and national governments to do the same as well". "Progress is being made here and we believe the government is serious," he added, "but it is important to make sure the Lodamese establishment is aware that the rest of Terra is watching very closely what is happening here".

The Zardic People's Party votes yes on sending observers to Lodamun to ensure the protection of human and civil rights in that nation.

With regret, I need to inform the Council that Lodamun's political establishment has not reacted positively to the proposal to send in observers. I have found myself the subject of repeated criticism for communicating with you, and the Foreign Minister has warned me that my party is "over stepping their authority". This is clearly a worrying sign.

Ok we will be taking immediate actions to make sure that Hosians are being tarted correctly.

The Civil a Rights Council herby confirms sending observers to Lodamun. Since there were no objections from within the council.

1,700 Baltusian Observers
300 Kirlawans Observers (Left over from KLP's influence)

Total: 2,000 Observers

Does anyone have any objections to this?

"While the ZPP and the Zardic Federation are supportive of these measures, the lack of support and level of contempt raises the spectre of harm coming to the observers. Therefore the ZPP will not send any observers.

Ok we will then up the amount if Baltusian observers, we understand and respect the fears of the Zardic and we understand why they desire not to enter Lodamun.
