Unemployment

In my nation, the Grand Empire of Lourenne. When I lookedat the world rankings for unemployment, it said that none of the nation were employed. How can this be changed so that the majority of the population are working?

Lourenne and Talmoria are bugged. The game wasn't finished being developed. If you look on the World Map, they don't appear there.
Ignore unemployment details. The unemployment figures don't change for any of the nations, so it doesn't reflect how good you play or not.
