Thanks for that pointer, CS. I do retain control of the Rothingren-Traugotts but as they were supplanted by your regime, they would not be very much inclined to participate in any way in your Game of Thrones. After all, they would probably be too stiff-necked to swear fealty. I'm afraid Philip and Bean would be extremely miffed if I ever allowed the Rothingren-Traugotts to be anything less than rival Imperial claimants or Emperors.
I think your changes were too abrupt, by the way, and I do think that some of your fellow players are doing what they did because of a hatred of Septembrism, which is in part why I may sound a little bit angry. But if I ever return to H&GS, I will respect any historical RP, just like I never fully reversed the course of history when your NDU regime held office. In fact, the entire way Septembrist H&GS developed and existed until you overthrew it would never have been justifiable without you barging in with the Zen Fascists (did I ever thank you for that?) . Similarly, I accept your premise that Septembrism didn't last because people became indifferent. Essentially, Septembrism was always an elite-focused ideoloy (it was utterly intolerant of any ethnic nationalism or undemocratic ideology beyond its consociational boundaries, and consociationalism is essentially an elitist democratic system), so I can see that as the September Revolution became ancient history, the elites would eventually just stop caring, making the system collapse.
I would of course see the nation revert to democracy if I ever returned and got the chance but if I were the kind of guy who just wants everything to remain the same and reverse all things back, the nation you are in now would have been the 3rd Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria for the past 4 in-game centuries, and you wouldn't have the premise for your interesting melting pot dictatorship because we'd still be in a back-and-forth between Hulstria and Gao-Soto. I think Septembrism, especially the Septembrism of the 35th century, would probably be seen as a golden age for many, and so it will have made a lasting impact whatever you do and will always remain a subcurrent of ideological thought in H&GS (mind if I keep calling it that? It's more convenient shorthand), but I can guarantee that we'll never again have a Septembrist H&GS of the variety we had before you overthrew it. There might be something that combines Septembrism with some of the new things you introduced or a reaction to it, but that's the maximum of it.
Oh, and don't worry about Dankuk. Essentially I am going to use as little Spaniards as avatars as possible, instead using Filipinos to represent that the Dranianos are essentially a "Creole" mixed race of Asians and Egelians (that's how they were originally intended). Who knows, maybe in a 100 years there will be a "Dankukin" or whatever nationality that is an amalgam of the Dranianos and the Kyo, similar to your Hulstro-Showans, but that'll take some time. As for my party, they won't be all goody two-shoes. Septembrism is a very vague ideology, so I have scope to portray a true catch-all party that over time will fill up with political professionals who may or may not care about the people. Perhaps the first generation will maintain a strong ideological commitment, but maybe its successors will be more cynical/pragmatic about their ideology as long as it gets them votes (think Ireland's Fianna Faíl or some other party based on a vague national ideal).
