Mr Borec, Where have the Cildanian Government ever proposed any apartheid policy? HaShaba HaShelaḣi biQildar is the organisation that promotes an apartheid policy, http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=441362, is this not evidence enough for the Ambassador Borec? The Cildanian opposition plan to place the Selucian minority in Selucian "ghettos". The current Cildanian Government accepts all ethnicities to live freely but we do not, and I will say this again NOT accept religious zealots that want to destroy the Cildanian peace. The Cildanian Imperial Party have supporters from all of the ethnic groups in Cildania. I ask the Chairman of the Majatran Union to remind the Deltarian ambassador to not meddle into member States internal affairs. It is a direct breach of the Chapter 7, Article III. I ask all of you this, how is it peaceful to throw out a representant of a legitimate appointed Government?

Honoured delegates,
No, the entire Cildanian Imperial government is made up of Selucians who form 5% of the Cildanian population. That is apartheid where a small minority dominates the overwhelming majority. It is akin to foreign occupation and the opposition's anger is understandable. Majatra has seen numerous apartheid governments in the past few decades, this is something that must be stopped. The MU must intervene in this conflict on the side of the brave oppressed Cildanians.

The Deltarian Ambassador distort the truth, It is true that the Imperial Government is made up of Cildanians of Selucian descendant, but does their Selucian heritage make them any less Cildanian? No, the Cildanian Government considers all that are born in Cildania to be Cildanians and subjects of the Emperor, regardless of heritage. The Cildanian Government does not differ on those with Selucian heritage or Hebilean in the war against Hosian terrorism. They will be dealt with accordingly to preserve the Cildanian peace. The accusations of being an apartheid regime is unjust but not unexpected from a member State that have a conflict of interest regarding the Cildanian unrest.

Clearly some the native Cildanians disagree with your regime and agree with us that being ruled by a privileged minority is not acceptable especially if it is religiously oppressive. Ethnicity is an important part of a person's constitution. We have a conflict of interest indeed - the interest of seeing the Cildanians released from Selucian colonialism or apartheid, whatever you call it.

It is obvious that the Cildanian Government is not an apartheid regime nor in any form associated with any Selucian colonialism. It is true that the Seluco-Cildanian have a large representation amongst the Cildanian nobility, this is just a mere coincidence which the Chancellor Faustus Rufius have promised to appoint a commission to oversee the representation of the Nobility. Have the Deltarian Ambassador no shame in his body at all?

Honoured Delegates,

The Interim Government of the People's Free State of Cildania, the official organization of the Cildanian opposition, has tasked me with representing its interests at this most august body. As the Honoured Delegates can see, the Cildanian fascist regime is an oppressive apartheid colonial government, lacking any form of legitimacy and engaging in genocide against the entire Cildanian population. Thousands have been martyred at the hands of the Sibilla junta, churches and synagogues are being desecrated, ancient monuments are being demolished, and the people's legitimate grievances are being silenced. We beseech this august institution to withdraw all recognition from the terrorist Sibilla regime and recognize the People's Free State of Cildania as the sole legitimate representative of the Cildanian people.

Clearly we have reached an impasse in Cildania. Deltaria, recognising the difficulty of determining who's who in Cildania, asks the MU to consider expelling the Imperial Cildanian delegation before we can correctly decide who the legitimate representative of the Cildanian people is. After we decide who's more representative - the apartheid murderous, Selucianist imperialist tyranny or the brave, principled and spirited opposition, we can invite only one of them to represent the poor oppressed Cildanians permanently.
