The Trigunian air force is falling out of the sky!
Image
A Trigunian Bomber wreckage after it crashed into a forest in Northern Brakav.

The flights began 4 months ago. The Government of Trigunia began flying bombers on training missions near Dovani,Seleya and Keris. Now, after a few months of aggressive flying, Trigunia's overworked air force is falling out of the sky. A tactical bomber crashed during takeoff on the Trigunian Island of Brakav. The plane banked sharply after takeoff and hit the ground. Both pilots were killed. Five Trigunian combat planes have crashed in the past month. Trigunia's attempt to demonstrate strength has backfired spectacularly and demonstrated weakness instead. Trigunia's Air Force has been run at a high tempo, and the pace is catching up with an already-weary aircraft fleet. The toll in just the last month has been extraordinary: In addition to the fatal accident, two fighters have crashed. Less than three hours after the second crash, a trike fighter flipped over while landing and went down south of Petrovgrad. Minister-President Grigoriy Yegorvich announced that the Trigunian Air Force Bomber Campaign will come to a complete end. Trigunia recently announced an aggressive program to modernize its armed forces, and pledged to spend $100 Billion on new armaments. Four airmen serving their country have died, a tragedy regardless of nationality. But the upshot of this recent spate of crashes may be a more realistic view of Trigunian power by those wielding it. The Trigunian military is simply not ready for war — or even saber rattling.

Oil and gas crunch pushes Trigunia closer to Fiscal Crisis
Trigunia is going to be in a very difficult fiscal situation by 3891. By the end of next year there won’t be any money left in the oil reserve fund
Image
Gasunia (RL: Gazprom) revenues are likely to drop by almost a third to $106bn this yea

Trigunia has fallen into full-blown depression and faces a mounting fiscal crisis as oil and gas revenues plummet. Output from country’s state-owned gas giant Gasunia has collapsed by 19pc over the past year as demand shrivels in Keris, falling to levels not seen since the creation of the company at the end of the Sekowan War. A report by the Ministry of Finance warned that Gasunia’s revenues are likely to drop by almost a third to $106bn this year from $146bn in 3889, seriously eroding Trigunia’s economic base. Gasunia alone generates a tenth of Trigunian GDP and a fifth of all budget revenues. Trigunia is already in dire straits. The economy has contracted by 4.9pc over the past year and the downturn is certain to drag on as oil prices crumble after a tentative rally. Half of Trigunia’s tax income comes from oil and gas. Core inflation is running at 16.7pc and real incomes have fallen by 8.4pc over the past year, a far deeper cut to living standards than occurred following the Lehman crisis.

“We’ve seen the full impact of the crisis in the second quarter. It is now hitting light industry and manufacturing,” said Iosif Chernov, a Professor of Economics at the University of Petrovgrad. Trigunian companies have to refinance $86bn in foreign currency debt in the second half of this year. They cannot easily roll this over since the country is still cut off from global capital markets, so they must rely on swap funding from the central bank. Companies and banks have already slashed their hard currency debt by $170bn in a drastic deleveraging over the past 18 months. This whittles away the dollar debt burden, but at a terrible long-term cost for Trigunia’s productive economy. The Trigunian authorities have the crisis under control for now. They have allowed the rouble to fall rather than burning up reserves, providing a cushion for the budget and for oil and gas producers. But this policy is inflationary, and politically toxic.

The underlying strain remains. Trigunia bet its future on oil, gas and the commodity boom, letting its manufacturing base atrophy in the glory days of the strong rouble.

Trigunian Analysts says "There might not be a Aheblun State"
Just a pigment of your imagination
Image
Adam Makhmudov, A Political Analyst from the University of Brakav during his Interview with the Trigunian Herald.

Adam Makhmudov, A Trigunian Political Analyst says that there will be no Aheblun State. Breaking with years of diplomatic obfuscation on the question, he told the Trigunian Trigunian Herald today: “I think that anyone who goes about establishing a Aheblun state today and vacating territory is giving attack territory to extremist Extremists to be used against the state of Cildana. That is the real reality that has been created here in recent years. Whoever ignores this is putting his head in the sand.” Asked by his interviewer whether that meant, “If you were to be prime minister of cildania than there won’t be a Aheblun state?’’ Mr Makhmudov replied simply: “Indeed.’’ While Mr Makhmudov's theories have long pointed to an intention to thwart the emergence of an independent Aheblun, he had previously been careful not to explicitly discount Aheblunian statehood, out of deference to the sensibilities of Petrovgrad and the international community. But following recent comments in which he discussed methods in which the Cildanian Government could negated chances for an independent Aheblun state by ruling out territorial withdrawal from the occupied "Aheblunian Statehood".

Trigunia warns Beluzia about her Saber rattling
Go in the corner and think about that you just said.
Image
Minister-President Grigoriy Yegorovich warns beluzia about her saber rattling towards the Artanian Union and possibly the international community.

With the Beluzian Communist Party sending threats to other nations one being one of Trigunia's Closest Allies, Dorvik and threatening to leave the Artanian Union. Minister-President Grigoriy Yegorovich took to the stag to attack the Beluzian Comments head on.
Personally I could not care about Beluzia nor her people because her government is sending out aggressive threats to other nations. This "Communist Party" has been the scene for many unrighteous acts in Beluzia. To the government of Beluzia, Take a step back and analyse the nonsensical comments that are going to come out of your mouth. You may have just started a war which may lead to your country's destruction. I have no fear in your country nor your people nor the people whom you speak too. I suggest that you stop your foolishness , gather your faculties and sincerely apologize to the people of the Artanian Union, the International Community and your people.

Minister-President Yegorovich warned the Beluzian Government that if they are to continue with they acts, Beluzia had two fates, International Military intervention into the nation's saber rattling or sanctions and embargoes.

TNS Petrovgrad Put back into Service; Trigunian Naval Power regenerating
Say Hello to the Improved TNS-Petrovgrad
Image
The TNS-Petrovgrad is put back into sea after 6 years in the docks of Brakav

It was a glorious day for the various members of the Trigunian Navy for they had waited for this day to come. After being in hibernation for over 4 years in the docks of Brakav, today the Trigunian Heavy Aircraft Carrier, the TNS-Petrovgrad has been relaunched by order of Tsar Nicholas Himself. Members of the Trigunian Naval Command have relentlessly pushed for relaunch of the aircraft carrier. Meetings were set-up a few months ago where Trigunian Naval Command and officials of the Ministry of Defense discussed the fate of the Petrovgrad. Minister of Defense Robert Demenok spoke about the return of the Trigunia on the international stage. He said with the relaunch of the aircraft carrier, Trigunia is once again able to protect her foreign interests from any form of attack.
Commander of TNS-Petrovgrad, Admiral Iyeremey Sonin stated that since the petrovgrad had been gone for so long he had to get "the hang" of controlling the Petrovgrad once more. He stated that with the Petorvgrad back in service, the Trigunian Navy is strong once more.

Trigunia hit hard by string of deadly snow storms.
In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
Image
Temperatures drop in Trigunia is raging storms hit the nation with force.

With the Trigunian Winter coming into season soon, we look back into our history books for the worst storms Trigunia has ever experienced for some have speculated nothing has been worse that what we are experiencing today. The Federal Government has issued a storm alert. Many reports come in of homes being swallowed in 6 feet of snow. The Zards may call this Global Calling, but Trigunian Scientist calls this Global Freezing. Although the weather is severe many Trigunians are beginning to adapt to the weather with the assistance of the Federal Government who are distributing relief and clearing the public roads and pavements. The textile industry has seen a shift from short clothing to thick and hot sweaters and jackets.
Officials from the Ministry of the Environment and Tourism's Department of Climate and Meteorology have long warned the leaders about the decrease in temperature over the past 2-3 months but international issues have kept the Trigunian Government busy. Researchers from the Kerisian Meteorological Center in Egelion and from many Trigunian Weather stations in the arctic have evidence to show that the increased weather has impacted all forms of industries in a great way. Fishing in the Arctic has ceased due to the freezing of many lakes. Glaciers have been recorded as "increasing in size." Military Operations in the Arctic have also ceased due to harsh weather on the soldiers and while remain until that way until the weather has deteriorated. The Soldiers are still positioned in the Arctic but supplies are being sent by plane. It seems that we will have to dig ourselves out of this problem.

Yegorovich's Artanian and Seleyan Tour

Minister-President Grigoriy Yegorovich returned home in Trigunia after his tour of Artania and Seleya. A few days ago he landed in Isizinda, Kwelakubo, Ibutho which marks the first time a Trigunia Head of Government has visited Ibutho. During his time in Ibutho he spoke with high ranking members of the Government of Ibutho where they discussed issues of peace, trade and cooperation between the two nations. He spoke of the Trigunian Diplomatic Treaty in which the Government of Ibutho was asked to sign. In Ibutho he visited many of the Ibuthon Tribes scattered across Ibutho, he stated that he learnt much from these tribes, How they live, How they cooperate with each-other in a peaceful and kind manner. Before leaving he granted the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ibutho, Bongani KaAyanda a custom made "Duranichev Automatic Rifle" (RL: Kalashnikov rifle) as a Gift from the Trigunian Government.

He next flew to Rectenburg, Talasor in Mordusia, which also marked the First Trigunian Visit to Mordusia in many years. During his time in Mordusia he spoke with the Head of State of Mordusia, Chairman Alistair Hartcliffe as he tried to strengthen Diplomatic and Economic ties between Mordusia and Trigunia. He was approached by officials of the Conquest Party of Mordusia who proposed that he joined their "Bishopal Church of Terra." Yegorovich stated that his government were staying out religious spectrum in their 3883-3884 campaign but promised that he would return to their proposal after the 3884 election in September.

The new face of the Trigunian People's Party
Trigunian People's Party changes it's face to a more suitable figure
Image
A New face, a new Party?

The Trigunian People's Party or Народная партия has seen many members, friend, colleagues come and go, but this story seems to have a repetitive character. When you thought that they were going to be "cut" in the Party's next act (The Next act, being the general elections) one is them is coming back. Ruslan Abakumov, son of the late Chairman of the Trigunian People's Party, Abram Abakumov stated that he will be running for Minister-Presidentship of the Trigunian People's Party. During his time in which his father chaired the party, Ruslan was the Foreign Affairs and Defense Adviser to Minister-President Girgoriy Yegorovich. He stated to the Trigunian Herald that since Yegorovich is getting old, someone new but not young would have to take up the position. Although he was the Minister-President's Adviser he can still exercise his diplomatic and militaristic skills. Educated at the University of Brakav, Abakumov obtained a Masters in Political Science, one of the few degrees Yegorovich does not currently hold since at the time of Yegorovich's youth, these attributes were only available to people of higher standards. Abakumov stated,"With all laughs and jokes behind, this party needs to serious get itself together and get onto a straight path of anti-corruption and political correctness which will put Trigunia at a higher standing point of which it already is." Yegorovich and Abakumov are the two candidates from the Minister-Presidentship of Trigunia. Although most leaning focuses on Abakumov for the next face of Trigunia.
