Wow. Having studied a bit of each language prior to going, when I went to Germany/Austria for a week at a time, I started to think in the language just before I came home. Went to Japan for around 3 months recently and started not only thinking in the language, but dreaming in it too.
Having a full education programme in a second language... reminds me of one of the last things Sigmund Freud said after moving to the UK from Vienna in the late 1930s: upon being asked about what his missed most about Vienna and his office there, his response was along the lines of not missing his material possessions much, but was more concerned about "losing his language of thought" (can't get the exact words though...).
