Productive Trade Unions (PTU) and Agricultural Mutual Aid Agency (AMAA) have started their Work!
Under the great leadership of Zhu Ping, the leader of the Communist Party of Yingdala, the war towards the Feudal Reactionary Groups has been declared. One of the measures is to form Productive Trade Unions and Agricultural Mutual Aid Agency as the form of this nation's Communism and Syndicalism. Until the February of 4369, the Party have recorded 972512 workers and farmers that already become a member of either PTU of AMAA, which is a quick success. Here are the basic information of how PTU and AMAA works:
1. Management
Same as other companies, both PTU and AMAA are managed by the Board of Directors. However, they are elected by the workers of PTU or farmers of AMAA. The members of PTU and AMAA also elects the leadership of the Board of Directors, including the Chairman, Vice Chairman etc. The elected Board of Directors will manage the general affairs of the company. However, if its involves the great shift of policies or the distribution of profits, the Board of Directors must ask for the permission of the workers or farmers of either PTU or AMAA by voting. Basically, the workers or farmers are controlling the company directly.
Regulated No. of members of Board of Directors:
10-20% of all the members of the PTU or AMAA
Company law: Still follow the Company Law of Yingdala, as PTU and AMAA keeps the same branches of a typical company
2. Salaries
PTU and AMAA distributed the salary to workers in 3 ways:
a. Profits Sharing
85% of the profits got by the PTU or AMAA will be distributed after the Financial Reports have been passed by the members in the Members Convention of PTU or AMAA. The money is distributed depends on how hard you work. (judged by the difficulties of the tasks, working hours and Peers Assessments, approved by the Board of Directors)
b. Shareholders
Each members of PTU and AMAA are the shareholders of the organisation immediately as the Join Member Fee is considered as their investments already. Therefore, if the company earns extra profits, they can also share these extra profits annually.
c. Awards
All the members of PTU and AMAA shall received different types of Awards to appreciate their achievements in the company. The largest Award is the Long Service Awards, the receivers can enjoy discounts in the hospital and 10,000 Yingdala Dollars price.
3. Hiring and Firing
Once you are 18 years old above, you are welcome to join PTU and AMAA. They can still hire you even you are physically disabled, which is a advanced policy. However, they usually do not accept you if you are:
a. Mentally Disabled, b. have bad habits (gambling, alcoholic, drug abuse), c. a person with Criminal Records
PTU and AMAA's firing rates are relatively lower compares to other companies. However, they can still fire you if you:
a. hurts other members physically, b. working days per years less than 90 days, c. not willing to complete his/her tasks
Until March 4370, there are already 27 PTUs and 42 AMAAs distributed over the countries. PTUs are mainly located in suburb areas while AMAAs are usually found in villages in countryside. Among these PTUs and AMAAs, 3 of them is planning to appear in the stock market. They are:

Han Fruits and Vegetables Mutual Aid Agency Limited (HFVMAA)
